Cancellation Policy Agreement

At SkinXKristin, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized, luxury experience. A valid card on file is required to secure all bookings, and select treatments may require a non-refundable deposit applied toward your service. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service, while same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice. Clients arriving late may have their service shortened to accommodate the next guest, and the full-service fee will still apply; arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation. All packages and promotional services are non-refundable and must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase. We value and respect your time and appreciate your understanding in honoring ours.
